Loved Sto Bene! The workers are very nice (even though we were obviously tourists and did not speak Italian) and helped us with sandwich suggestions! They have lots of options and all of them that we tried were great! We were only in Rome for two days and came back to eat here a second time because it was so good! You will not be disappointed!
We chanced upon “Sto Benne” via google maps, and the list of excellent reviews made it the final choice. It was quite simply, the freshes ingredients packaged into a delicious sandwich. No fuss and friendly team as well!

Now this sandwich place was the real deal. Several sandwich options, can substitute and the owners are super friendly and helpful. My sandwich had all fresh ingredients, a crispy bread and I would have loved to eat a second one. All the meats and cheeses were fresh and sliced to order.
Amazing taste and good ingredients, many options and combinations to try. I tried the pasquino with porchetta and i think i am coming again for sure.
Nice music and a good collection of beers make for the optimal stop in the center of Roma.

Everything about Sto Bene was excellent. Friendly staff who accommodated to a picky eater (not me). It was a great place for lunch and sit and relax away from the heat for a little. A staff member suggested a sandwich to me, and I’m glad he did! It was yummy
